Information we request so you can purchase products or register and book for Forever Young Music events is responsibly managed to protect confidentiality and respect your privacy.

Use of collected information

Information you supply will not be used or disclosed for any purpose other than to meet your specific request or purchase. If you purchase a product the information you provide will be used to process the credit card transaction and deliver the product to you. The information will not be used or disclosed unless such a disclosure is required for law enforcement purposes.

Credit Card details

When providing credit card details to purchase a product, we request that you provide this information over the phone, by letter or fax. If you prefer to email your credit card details to complete your transaction, we request that for your safety you only enter the last five digits and the expiration date on the order acceptance form we have emailed. The order acceptance form will provide you with a phone number so you can provide us with the rest of your credit card numbers. In this way we can totally protect your credit card details.

To provide you with an additional layer of security we do not store your credit card information on a computer that is connected to the Internet.

Access to your information

Getting better at what we do

The Forever Young Music web site collects anonymous information through web servers. Information such as the number, date and timing of visits so we know what interests visitors like you. It is collected for statistical purposes and only so we can improve our service.
